Domestic-water allocation

For water submetering, provide the number of units, riser arrangement, pipe sizes, existing meters, and available installation space.

Boiler-gas or chiller-electricity allocation

For central HVAC, identify the heating and cooling equipment, unit branches, supply/return piping, isolation valves, and the main utility account.
