Fluid Pressure and Temperature Datalogger

This datalogger combines accurate fluid-pressure measurement, fluid and ambient temperature records, humidity logging, and real-time alarms for utilities and industrial processes.

Pressure, temperature, and alarm monitoring

The integrated pressure sensor is accompanied by two external ports for an optional flood sensor and a programmable digital input. The digital input can act as an accumulated pulse counter or as an alarm input. Pressure can be reported in MPa, PSI, and mmH₂O, making the device suitable for tank-depth monitoring without placing electronics inside the tank or accessing its top.

Measurements are transferred automatically over cellular or Wi-Fi connections. Desktop and mobile users can view raw data, charts, Excel exports, and reports.

Available pressure ranges

The pressure range must be selected when ordering because the sensor is permanently integrated into the device.

  • 0–0.1 MPa: suitable for water depth up to approximately 10 m
  • 0–0.25 MPa: suitable for water depth up to approximately 25 m
  • 0–0.5 MPa
  • 0–1 MPa (0–10 bar): suitable for municipal water networks
  • 0–2 MPa (0–20 bar)
  • 0–5 MPa (0–50 bar)
  • 0–10 MPa (0–100 bar)

Applications

Industrial monitoring

Track pressure and temperature in fluid networks, production equipment, compressed systems, and critical utilities.

Water-filter efficiency

Pressure trends across filters reveal loading and help teams schedule replacement before flow is impaired.

Tank depth and consumption forecasting

Hydrostatic pressure provides tank-depth data that can be analyzed to forecast use patterns.

Pump discharge pressure

Continuous outlet-pressure records help verify pump performance and identify developing faults.
