Wi-Fi CO₂ Monitoring and Alarm Datalogger

BLOCK CO₂ continuously monitors carbon dioxide, temperature, and relative humidity and issues real-time warnings when environmental conditions leave their configured limits.

Continuous CO₂, temperature, and humidity monitoring

LoggerFlex BLOCK CO₂ records carbon-dioxide concentration and sends immediate email, SMS, or telephone alerts when CO₂ becomes excessive or temperature thresholds are crossed. Users can define operating ranges and multiple alarm rules without arbitrary limits.

  • Port I: not used
  • Port II: optional digital input
  • Port III: optional leak detector

Long-term exposure monitoring

The datalogger calculates a continuous time-weighted average (TWA). Custom alarms therefore cover not only brief peaks but also prolonged exposure to unsafe gas concentrations. Long-term exposure to elevated CO₂ can contribute to impaired cognitive performance, increased heart rate, dizziness, breathing difficulty, and a sensation of suffocation. Continuous monitoring is especially important in poorly ventilated offices, classrooms, and industrial spaces.

Monitoring capabilities

  • CO₂ concentration: recording and internal alarm
  • Temperature: recording and internal alarm
  • Relative humidity: recording
  • Mold index: recording and configurable alarm
  • Leak detection: recording and alarm through a detachable sensor
  • Digital input: recording and alarm through a detachable input

Typical uses

Greenhouses and controlled agriculture

Combined CO₂, temperature, and RH measurement helps maintain conditions that support photosynthesis, crop growth, staff safety, and consistent yield. One integrated device reduces equipment complexity and provides a complete environmental picture.

Classrooms and educational facilities

High CO₂ and unsuitable temperature or humidity can reduce concentration and cognitive performance. Live alarms allow facility teams to adjust ventilation before conditions affect students and teachers.

Offices, workplaces, and public spaces

Continuous monitoring supports indoor-air quality, occupant comfort, productivity, and occupational-safety programs. Analytical reports help facility and HSE managers document conditions and manage ventilation.
